We understand how special each and every surf trip is for our guests; this is why we do our best to work with everyone’s individual needs and circumstances. With that in mind, we have no choice but to have our own cancellation policy.

A cancellation doesn’t only affect our budget, but also the budgets of our business partners and local people. Once the package/room has been booked, the spot becomes unavailable for someone who could have booked otherwise.

It is the customers responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the contain therein is correct.

You as the customer have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your confirmed reservation. In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the deposit is not refundable or transferable.

The balance money has to be paid on the day of your arrival.

We recommend that you have an adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.

By coming to our surf trip week you are declaring that you are in an appropiate physical and mental condition to take part in the activies described in our program. You agree that you participate at your own risk and that we cannot take liability for any accident or injury.

We have made an honest attempt to verify the accuracy of statements made in our trip documentation, including brochures and website. Natural Mystic Surf is not responsible for any errors, omission or unintended misrepresentation that may occur.

We cannot take any responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

Due to teacher/guide cancellations or other situations beyond our control, we reserves us the right to change bookings and inform you as soon as possible about it. Of course alternative arrangements will be offered.
